Falla Associates were commissioned to design and detail the development for a mews courtyard project overlooking Belgrave Bay. The scheme consists of a mews house and eleven one and two bedroom apartments. The development forms an integral part of Guernsey's Victorian and Edwardian sea-front. The elevation design is fashioned to integrate into the existing architecture.
